Job description for Patient Customer Service Associate II

This position will be remote; MondayFriday 8am5pm

Location address:
824 N. Military Highway Ste 200 Norfolk VA 32502

Telephone interviews will be conducted via Teams.

Experience needed to be successful in the role: Microsoft Excel office and word. Attention to detail. High degree of multitasking. Good communication skills and customer service. Prior healthcare experience.

Job duties: The temp PSC will work with the current CSNP PSC around the attestation form process needed to complete enrollment process for current MAPD members eligible for enrollment in the CSNP plan. This process has a narrow window in which a multistep workflow is carried out. An increase in the attestation workload is expected due to proposed eligibility mailings.
