We are in search of a Patient Manager to join our client who is providing cuttingedge solutions in preventive medicine and health evaluation. This role can be an ideal opportunity for someone who would like to be part of an emerging innovative hightech startup in the Health Care industry in a customer facing role. This role can work 100% remotely.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Providing a fullcycle support for customers throughout the whole patientjourney
- Ensuring patients are informed about the company's services and processes
- Cooperating with other functions such as sales customer service and with physicians
- Actively monitoring hot sales leads and engaging pending clients (no hunter sales activity is required)
- Acting as the key contact point for customers representing the company's values
- Health Care or Life Science Degree
- Experience working in a customer/client facing role
- Excellent communication skills and proactive mentality
- Userlevel computer skills
- Fluent Hungarian and English
