• Conduct comprehensive searches and analyze and interpret complex technical and legal documents related to patents
• Prepare and present clear and concise research reports and findings
• Collaborate with inventors attorneys and other stakeholders to understand invention disclosures.
• Evaluate prior art to identify potential patentability issues and areas of risk
• Monitor and analyze patent activity in specific technology areas
• Analyze and interpret patent documents to determine the scope of protection and assess potential infringement risks.
• Provide support during patent prosecution and reexamination processes
• Stay updated on changes in patent laws regulations and best practices
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clients intellectual property strategy
• Participate in patent portfolio management and strategy discussions
• Provide training and guidance to colleagues on patent research best practices
• Utilize patent databases and other resources effectively to support research activities

• Educational qualification in a relevant field such as Physics B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication or Computer Science Engineering
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in conducting patent research and analysis
• Strong understanding of patent law and the patent prosecution process
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to comprehend and interpret technical and legal documents
• Proficiency in using patent databases and other research tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Thorough knowledge of intellectual property principles and practices
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
