Partnerships amp Growth Lead

We are a Messari incubated cuttingedge recruiting platform looking for a motivated and experienced professional to help drive growth in the crypto industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with crypto companies understanding their hiring needs and promoting our platform as a solution.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in sales or partnerships management
• Experience working professionally in crypto or a good understanding of the ecosystem
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively articulate the value of our platform
• A passion for the crypto industry and staying uptodate on industry trends

This role is a combination of sales account management partnerships and possibly marketing (depending on the areas you enjoy working in!) and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product as we help some of the biggest companies in the space hire the talent they need to innovate.

Some of the things you can expect to work on:

• Building relationships with companies in crypto to discuss their existing hiring solutions and how we can help them
• Developing relationships with conference organisers to build out our job board offering (eth denver signed for 2024 and other conversations already happening)
• Helping shape and execute our marketing strategy
