Office Location: Bucharest hybrid work 2 days/week on site

Tasks

  • Utilizes advanced expertise in specific subject areas to address intricate business challenges and is recognized as a subject matter authority.
  • Regularly contributes to the generation of innovative concepts and approaches. Engages with complex issues necessitating thorough analysis of various factors and data.
  • Takes the lead and/or offers specialized insight within functional project teams and may engage in crossfunctional ventures.
  • Provides expert direction and counsel to enhance processes and establish policies. Frequently represents the organization to external clients/customers.
  • Exercises considerable independent discretion within established policies and procedures to determine optimal approaches for task completion and goal attainment.
  • May offer mentorship and support to junior staff members.
  • Oversees large account relationships often global/regional and contributes operational insights within the account team.
  • Leads business analyses offers recommendations to sales teams and business units.
  • Serves as a key escalation point collaborating across functions to resolve complex operational issues aligning with customer/partner needs.
  • Represents customer/partner requirements provides input to highcomplexity projects and conducts postproject assessments.
  • Conducts operational performance reviews with customers/partners facilitating improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement is a bachelors degree or comparable experience; preference given to those with an advanced degree.
  • Proficient in English and possesses basic proficiency in Dutch.
  • Ideally has 1 to 2 years of relevant experience particularly in supply chain customer service procurement or financial management.
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication skills across various mediums. Possesses expert proficiency in Microsoft Office tools notably Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibits strong collaboration and networking capabilities to achieve business goals aligned with customer/partner needs.
  • Demonstrates a track record of identifying and executing customerspecific process enhancements.
