The Agency is in search of a visionary and accomplished Intellectual Property Partner to join one of a select few of our clients. As a Partner specializing in Intellectual Property you will be at the forefront of innovation protecting and managing the intellectual assets of clients and guiding the firms intellectual property practice. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the intellectual property department and managing IP portfolios.
  • Advising clients on patents trademarks copyrights and trade secrets.
  • Handling IP litigation and enforcement matters.
  • Negotiating IP agreements licensing and technology transfers.
  • Business development and expanding client relationships.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior IP attorneys.
  • Contributing to the development of IP strategies and solutions.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Proven experience in intellectual property law.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Demonstrated business development acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • 10 years of relevant intellectual property experience.
  • A portable book of business is required for Partner consideration


Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a litigator in a law firm or similar legal setting. Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, rules of evidence, and court practices. Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft persuasive legal documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely. Proven ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Sound judgment and the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation support software. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
