Job Description
Direct Support Provider Needed
Rate of Pay: $21.00 Awake/$17.00 Asleep
Schedule: 8AM10AM Every Other Monday and 511PM All Monday Evenings
511PM Fridays
Occasional sleep in
This position will be part time/per diem hours for a vibrant 32yo female who lives independently with 24 hour staffing in Manchester NH. She works part time during the week and is currently attending college perusing a degree in Early Childhood Education. In her free time her hobbies include shopping bowling and playing bingo. We are currently looking for assistance on some evenings and every other Monday morning.
A current TB test and Auto Insurance will be required and all necessary training will be provided.

Requirements
HS Diploma; Read, write and communicate in English. Valid driver's license a minimum of 1 year direct care experience. A current TB test, and Auto Insurance will be required, and all necessary training will be provided.
