Sales Assistant

This is a PartTime Role with the opportunity to convert to FullTime based on performance. The right candidate will be ready to join a team building the most advanced logistics platform as we launch into hypergrowth mode. Were looking for someone who is highly organized and motivated to assist with all Sales functions to include planning for conferences and executing outreach to Brands and Retailers.

Tasks

• Assist the Sales and Leadership team with scheduling and administrative taks.
• Prepare outreach to Brands and Retailers in coordination with Gently leadership.
• Prepare for conferences and events coordinating with Gentlys leadership team booking travel organizing and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with both Sales outreach and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 35 years of exceptional track record in an adminstrative program management or sales role.
• Willingness to travel with the Executive Team as needed.
• Highly passionate committed and entrepreneurial selfstarter
• You will be excited to work onsite at our HQs in Santa Monica CA
• Bonus Points: A passion for working with brands and retailers.

Benefits
