Position: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Remote/Work from home from South Africa

Employment type: Parttime with a stable salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scheduling & coordination ofmeetings
• Scanning and assessing receivedemails
• Cleansing and administration of theGoogle Drive
• Cleansing and administration ofAsana tasks and projects
• Accounting and booking ofpayment flows in Zoho Books

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in German and English languages
• At least 2 years of relevant workexperience
• Proficiency in using Google SuiteAsana
• Experience withaccountingsoftware is a must(Zoho Books is preferablebut not required)
• Experience with CRM software orsimilar platform is advantageous
• Proactive personality
• Attention to detail
