Part time flexible handyman required

A new local handyman services business just launched, is looking to recruit a reliable part time / flexible handyman to work within homes and businesses. You will visit premises, assess work requirements, perform maintenance and assist professional trades people. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, experienced in using tools, an excellent communicator and a problem-solver.

Handyman Duties and Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, repairs, and groundwork
Instal/assemble products and equipment
Painting, decorating, plastering
General clearing and cleaning of work area
Respond to requests in a professional manner
Repair plumbing systems
Conduct assessments and identify problems

Handyman Skills and Requirements
Proven Handyman experience
Practical experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and heating systems
Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g., build cabinets)
Attention to detail
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Well-organised
