Part-Time Dental Hygienist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced dental hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental procedures and equipment as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and therapeutic dental care to patients
• Provide administrative support
• Educate patients on oral health and hygiene
• Maintain the dental office and equipment
• Communicate with patients and their families
• Provide administrative support to the dentist and office staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current license to practice dental hygiene in the state of California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail

Daily duties:

Prophylaxis

Scaling and root planning

Taking digital xrays.

Fluoride application

Patient education

Soft tissue/periodontal maintenance

Laser treatment for periodontal pockets

Take digital intraoral photos

Schedule: Flexible
