We are presently recruiting for part qualified or newly qualified Accountant for our clients in Macroom, County Cork. Working in a team of 10, you will provide support both the Financial Controller and the wider Finance Team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to grow and develop within an organisation in a broad finance role in industry.
Responsibilities
- The preparation of financial and management reports on a monthly basis.
- Recording of transactions in accounting system.
- Prepare accruals and prepayments for management accounts.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of intercompany balances.
- Preparation of VAT returns.
- Assist with year end accounts for audit and tax.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Newly qualified or Part qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
- 1 2 years experience in industry.
