Paralegal Wage & Hour Class Action (Sacramento)

As our Paralegal in our Employment Wage & Hour (Class Action) Department you will have the opportunity to assist our clients and help win the largest settlements and verdicts achievable in employee misclassification overtime wage violations timeshaving failure to provide rest and meal breaks and other worker rights violation cases.

As our Paralegal in our Employment Wage & Hour (Class Action) Department you will have the opportunity to assist our clients and help win the largest settlements and verdicts achievable in employee misclassification overtime wage violations timeshaving failure to provide rest and meal breaks and other worker rights violation cases.
Daily Tasks:
- Propound and respond to discovery.
- Calendar and manage court deadlines.
- Prepare documents for filing.
- Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients experts and defense counsel in an effective and courteous manner.
- Assist with pretrial preparation including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits.
- Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Your Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wage and hour law.
- Advanced knowledge of filing procedures including efiling.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to act independently and with minimal supervision.
- Litify or Salesforce experience and bilingual in Spanish huge plus.
- Type at least 40 WPM.
