Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate

Our client is an AV rated firm that represents sophisticated clients and offers a friendly collegial work environment and excellent compensation and benefits. The Firm is currently seeking a qualified paralegal candidate for its Commercial Real Estate Department.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm with a commercial real estate practice
  
• Experience dealing with commercial lenders
  
• Experience in drafting and preparing loan documents
  
• Experience in title and survey examination
  

Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills clientoriented focus professional demeanor initiative analytical thinking attention to detail and organizational skills. Candidates must also have solid computer skills including Word Excel and Outlook.
