Be part of our clients team as a Senior Paid Search Specialist driving impactful campaigns on Google Microsoft Ads and other platforms. Optimize keywords manage budgets and deliver outstanding performance to meet client KPIs.

• Create and execute paid search campaigns.
  
• Optimize keywords on Google Microsoft Ads and other eCommerce marketing platforms based on best practice guidelines.
  
• Develop and continually expand keyword lists ad copy and landing pages.
  
• Manage performance metrics to meet or exceed the client s KPI.
  
• Set up manage and troubleshoot Google Merchant Centre accounts.
  
• Create Google shopping campaigns and undertake feed optimizations to maximize ROI.
  
• Manage budgets to ensure spending is paced evenly or weighted according to seasonality.
  
• Provide performance reporting with insights and optimization recommendations.
  
• Forecast accounts/campaigns based on client objectives.
  
• Stay abreast of new Search initiatives and product updates collaborating with the wider team on learnings and opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g. Performance Social) to align and achieve the client s holistic business goals.

• Manage performance metrics to meet or exceed client s KPI
  
• Setting up managing & troubleshooting Google Merchant Centre accounts
  
• Create Google shopping campaigns and undertake feed optimizations
  
• Budget management to ensure spends are paced evenly or weighted by seasonality
  
• Performance reporting with insights and optimization recommendations
  
• Account/campaign forecasting based on client objectives
  
• Stay updated on new Search initiatives and product updates
  
• Collaborate with other teams for aligned business goals
  

• Minimum 23 years of experience with Paid Search (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads).
  
• A driven individual with a passion for all things Search.
  
• Strong understanding of Google Search Performance Max Discovery/Demand Gen YouTube and Display campaigns.
  
• Experience working on retail/ecommerce clients with monthly budgets exceeding 10k USD is a must.
  
• Advanced knowledge of YouTube campaigns and setup is a must.
  
• Experience with Google Merchant Centre and feed optimizations.
  
• Handson experience in the tools including Google/Microsoft Ads Editor.
  
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics to interpret data and insights.
  
• Experience managing multiple campaigns across several clients.
  
• Proven track record running paid search campaigns at scale to achieve business growth goals.
  
• Experience and ability to write and review compelling ad copy.
  
• A natural problem solver with an eye for detail.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office programs.
  
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Thrives in fastpaced environments and is ready to succeed.
  
• Google Ads certified.
  
• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
