Paid Marketing Intern

Are you a current junior or senior in college with an interest in marketing and/or human resources? We are looking for a confident and agile college student to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will work within our recruiting business unit to conduct research, create email marketing content to support the sales team, and set up email automation campaigns for new business development initiatives. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication, follow-up, organizational, and relationship building skills and a great sense of humor. This is an internship position with between 10-15 hours per week.

Requirements

Must Haves

• Theoretical knowledge of marketing principles and concepts
  
• An astute ability to conduct online research and organize findings in a clear & concise manner
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  
• An ability to use excellent judgement to solve problems, research solutions, and push through obstacles
  
• A proven relationship builder who is quick to build trust and rapport with employees
  
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational & time management skills, and an ability to follow through on tasks and projects
  
• A polished and confident communication style (verbal and written)
  
• An ability to demonstrate resiliency, flexibility and adaptability in an environment that changes frequently
  
• Professional presence balanced with a fun-loving attitude
  
• Working toward a bachelor s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or another related field
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Some experience, either through education or employment, using Constant Contact or MailChimp for email automation
