We are currently seeking a resultsdriven Paid Ads Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of handson experience in managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning implementing and analyzing paid advertising strategies to maximize ROI.
*Responsibilities:*
1. *Campaign Management:*
Plan execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads Facebook LinkedIn etc.).
Set up and manage ad accounts ensuring alignment with business goals.

2. *Keyword Research:*
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify highperforming keywords for optimal campaign targeting.

Develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with the target audience.

4. *Budget Management:*

5. *A/B Testing:*
Implement and analyze A/B testing to optimize ad performance and enhance conversion rates.

6. *Analytics and Reporting:*
Utilize analytics tools to track measure and report on campaign performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates applying new features to enhance campaigns.

*Qualifications:*
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of handson experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
3. Proficient in platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads etc.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Detailoriented with a focus on optimizing ad performance.
