OVEN REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Experience Required: Employer is looking for a minimum of 6 months of Maintenance HVAC Commercial Kitchen Commercial Coffee Equipment or Refrigeration related technical experience. HVAC/Technical school experience counts here.

Technician Pay: $2027/hr ($40000$56000/year) Potential Bonus Dependent on Market

Schedule: Exact hours differ by market 7:00am4:00pm is typical. Rotational oncall every 34 weeks. Occasional overnight travel may be necessary depending on a candidates market.

Locations: The company will consider candidates within 40 miles of a given market.

Technician Duties:

• Demonstrate your mechanical aptitude troubleshooting skills and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Properly troubleshoot diagnose and repair Commercial Espresso Equipment including Coffee Brewers Coffee Grinders and other specialty coffee equipment.
• Communicate with manufacturers as needed to help with diagnoses and parts identification.
• Consult with the Technical Assistance Group for technical support while onsite.
• Install all parts ordered for the customer in a timely and professional manner and in line with company policy.
• Promote and recommend other services provided by the company to customers when needed.
• Produce accurate and timely administrative documents such as work orders time reporting receipts and truck stock inventory.
• Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures.
• Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle along with accurate parts and tool inventory.
• Maintain productivity levels in accordance with company standards.
