Because of this growth we re busy recruiting new sales personnel to add to our existing team.
You will play a pivotal role in our sales division driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients presenting our maintenance cleaning janitorial concierge and security guard services. Your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
o Work with the leads we provide and leads you develop through referrals new markets etc.
o Identify and target potential clients in various industries including commercial industrial and healthcare sectors.
o Understand client needs.
o Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and generate leads.
o Present our services to potential clients.
o Address client questions and concerns effectively.
o Build and maintain strong and longlasting client relationships.
o Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met.
o Regularly follow up with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
o Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients with the full support of our team.
o Review contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
o Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and client interactions.
o Review regular sales reports with management on Salesforce.
