DURATION: PERMANENT

SALARY: Base Salary $80000 with the ability to earn 6 figures through uncapped commissions

REPORTS TO: Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:

1. Drive Lead Generation and MoveIns:

Execute targeted market plans to generate daily qualified

patient referrals.

Achieve and exceed monthly quotas by guiding families in selecting suitable senior care options.

2. Develop and Grow Your Book of Accounts:

Take ownership of your book of accounts cultivating relationships to increase referral volume.

Utilize networking cold calls and service presentations to establish and expand contacts within each account.

3. Educate and Support:

Educate families on available care options and collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure a seamless transition.

Provide ongoing support to families by reinforcing the value our company delivers through followups on discharge outcomes.

4. Pilot Initiatives and Enhance Processes:

Pioneer new initiatives tests and processes within your territory offering valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with teams to implement changes like account scoring and CRM enhancements.

Schedule:

Daily fieldwork collaborating with your team and the Director

to build and execute weekly account plans.

Field activities include scheduled presentations calls and

impromptu dropins to engage with case managers discharge

planners doctors and discharged patients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Three or more years of proven outside sales experience.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating
  • effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in presenting to target customers and
  • overcoming objections.
  • Thrives in a fastpaced independent environment and
  • embraces change.
  • Eagerness to learn and improve with a competitive spirit.
  • Ability to travel locally within your territory (5 days a week).
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external
  • stakeholders.
  • Effective time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare/hospital sales experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Sheets and CRM tools
  • (Salesforce preferred).
