Outreach Officer- Retail Fundraising

The Outreach Officer will be responsible for securing permissions for fundraising and outreach activities of WWF India.

Permissions

1. Generate leads to acquiring space in Offices/Events/Malls for fundraising campaigns.
   
2. Build and leverage the network to obtain free permissions for costeffective fundraising.
   
3. Generate longterm and dependable permissions that can support facetoface fundraising campaigns for extended periods (2 3 months) at subsidised rates.
   
4. Provide installation and logistics support for the physical setup at the location. Coordinate between the vendor facility management and security (of the premise) and internal teams for seamless operations during the campaign duration.
   
5. Arrange marketing and outreach materials like collateral fact sheets articles newsletters and publications for engaging donors during campaigns.
   
6. Visit physical setups fortnightly and meet teams stationed there to understand and resolve any challenges.
   

Requirements

• Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  
• Excellent organizational skills
  
• Good verbal & written communication skills
  
• Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized University.
  
• Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them
  
• Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks
