We are looking for an experienced Outreach Manager to join our team at Rao Information
Technology a leading IT company offering a range of software and application products. The
ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in telecalling and a proven track record in
training and developing telecalling teams. As a Telecaller Trainer you will play a key role in
enhancing the communication and sales skills of our telecalling staff to drive effective
engagement with clients and promote our products.
Responsibilities:
Ensure telecallers have a deep understanding of our products so they can educate our
customers about our features updates and competitive differentiators.
Train telecallers in effective sales techniques objection handling and closing strategies
using realworld scenarios and roleplaying exercises.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach campaigns with business
goals and marketing strategies.
Gather feedback from sales teams to continuously improve our products and services.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in telecalling.
Familiarity with IT products and industry terminology.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire telecalling teams.
