Job Title: Outbound Call Representative

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Outbound Call Representative
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound
calls to prospects and existing clients promoting our products and services and nurturing
relationships to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects and leads to introduce Asymits products and services.
Conduct followup calls to existing clients to gather feedback address concerns and
identify upsell opportunities.
Engage prospects and clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs
and challenges.
Provide information about product features pricing and promotions to prospects and
clients.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up on.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop call scripts messaging and
strategies.
Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and market developments.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for
prospects and clients.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in outbound calling telemarketing or customer service roles
preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear professional phone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects and clients.
Resultsoriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or
customer service is a bonus.
