Outbound Sales Process

Overview:

The role of an Outbound Sales Process is crucial to the organization as it involves reaching out to potential customers or clients to generate sales leads. This role contributes significantly to the companys revenue and growth by effectively presenting the products or services to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and follow up on sales calls to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
