About the Role:
As a key player in our team you will be the driving force behind our growth. Your mission is to captivate potential clients with the exceptional benefits of our clients service. Through enthusiastic and persuasive communication youll generate new business setting the stage for our continued success. Collaborating closely with the local Branch Sales Manager and Business Development Manager youll be the architect of meetings that pave the way for lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and cultivate leads from our extensive database and market research.
Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients turning prospects into valued customers.
Conduct outbound sales calls Engage prospects in meaningful conversations about our service offerings.
Keep our CRM system updated with precise data and activity records.
Effectively close new business over the phone providing accurate quotes and securing deals.
Collaborate seamlessly with the Business Development Manager to onboard new customers.
Schedule appointments for the BDM ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
Maintain regular communication with the BDM to meet and exceed agreedupon KPI targets.
Maintain professional and effective communication with colleagues and clients.
Revitalize relationships with lapsed or lost customers bringing them back into the fold.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary of up to 25000.00
Sales Related Commission.
Monday Friday 09:00 am 17:00 pm

Requirements:
Strong work ethic and a keen desire for continuous selfimprovement.
Proven experience in proactive sales or cold calling roles.
Demonstrated success in generating and pursuing sales leads.
Track record of achieving and surpassing targets and KPIs.
Excellent administration and organizational skills.
Exceptional verbal communication influencing and negotiation abilities.
Strong organizational skills to manage conflicting priorities.
Articulate with a confident and professional demeanor.
