Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist for Outbound Pilots a USbased startup focused on targeted outreach strategies for businesses (remote).


Outbound Pilots is a pioneering firm specializing in targeted outreach strategies for businesses. Leveraging over 50 data sources and cuttingedge AI technology they analyze the intricate details of products to identify and engage potential clients facing specific problems their products solve. The approach enables the team to connect with prospects precisely when they need their services.

Now theyre seeking a parttime Junior Sales Development Representative passionate about data mining. Youll be working with tools like Clay and Apollo Notion and Slack and managing client lists using Airtable for CRM purposes. Exceptional performance and dedication could lead to a potential transition into a fulltime role especially for those demonstrating proficiency and interest in leveraging tools like Clay effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Data searching and email discovery: utilize tools like Clay and Apollo to extract and verify contact details of key decisionmakers from diverse sources.

  • Build client lists: curate targeted lists primarily focusing on USbased founders (and other requirements based on the Ideal Customer Profile ICP) for Outbound Pilots.

  • Manage and update the CRM system (Airtable) to make sure all contact details are in place.

  • Watch and engage with Clay tutorials to enhance proficiency and potentially transition to a fulltime role.

  • Utilize Notion and Slack to maintain an organized workspace ensuring seamless collaboration and task management.


Potential room for growth after you nail the responsibilities mentioned above:

  • Reach out to the potential clients with the SmartLead tool conduct outreach exclusively through email communication.

  • Write prompts for AI for more efficient personalized outreach campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Fluent English youll constantly communicate with native English speakers in the US so we dont want to see or hear any mistakes.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills you excel in simplifying complex information and articulating it concisely. Your dedication to thorough client research allows you to tailor your communication to meet their specific needs effectively.

  • Previous experience in lead generation or a strong desire to develop in this sphere and build a career in sales.

  • Proficiency in or eagerness to learn Clay Apollo and similar contact data mining tools.

  • Familiarity with Notion Slack and Airtable for workspace and CRM organization.

  • Strong organizational skills you are wellorganized with the capability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain order in work responsibilities.

  • Readiness for monotonous tasks diligence and attention to detail. You will have the same task (finding contact details and building lists) every day you should feel comfortable with that.

  • Ability & desire to learn you should be able to work in a fastpaced environment and learn quickly.

Preferred skills (not mandatory but beneficial):

  • Previous experience in copywriting: you developed compelling concise and personalized messages tailored to resonate with target audiences psychology focusing on simplicity and relatability.

  • Previous experience in systems building and scalability: you contributed to devising scalable processes building templates in Notion and enhancing client onboarding efficiency.

  • Prior experience or exposure to SmartLead for email sending.

  • Familiarity or experience with LinkedIn for outreach purposes.

  • Prior experience or exposure to AI systems for communication purposes.


Working hours:

You should have 4 overlapping hours with the founder between 9 am and 1 pm New York time daily (EST time zone click here to check your time difference).
