Job Description:
1. Collect testing data for entry level yield analysis and Lot/wafer disposition.
2. Publish regular logistic reports.
3. Upload database to the server regularly.
4. Communicate with team members for lot/wafer disposition decisions.
Qualification:
1. 13 years of working experience in semiconductor field ex: testing house or wafer foundry. College degree preferred.
2. Familiar with wafer testing data review and yield analysis/correlation.
3. Team player good interpeople relationship and selfmotivated.
4. Good spoken & written in Mandarin and English.
5. Familiar with data analysis software (Office Excel JMP etc.).
