Job Title: Organizational Change and Communications - Cybersecurity Change and Content StrategistDuration: 12 Months Tax Work Location: Frederick, MD - Executive Way - Remote/ Hybrid Job Description: Within Corporate Infrastructure & Security (CIS), you will develop change and communications strategies for cybersecurity and infrastructure projects, including projects related to M&As. This internal communications role reports to the Manager of CIS Communications and is accountable for producing corporate-wide and targeted communications and organizational change plans, emails, reports, infographics, Yammer posts and promotional materials.On this team, we support both cybersecurity and IT infrastructure initiatives within CIS. Youll be supported by a passionate and driven team who are committed to delivering world-class IT communications to colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Develop targeted and corporate-wide internal communications related to technology and security activities, events, and initiatives. Develop organizational change initiatives including completing assessments as needed. Produce high-quality communications that are appropriate for intended audience and consistent with brand and editorial style guidelines. Follow intake processes and procedures to effectively understand project requirements. Own and drive projects independently while sharing your work frequently for reviews. Translate key technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Collaborate with stakeholders, CIS Communications team, designers, and other cross-functional business professionals on large- and small-scale projects. Edit and proofread colleagues work. Track critical team metrics. Strong focus on issue resolution and open-minded attitude for process improvements and documentation. How You Will Get Here: BA/BS in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years progressive experience in corporate or employee communications and organizational change; experience writing for IT or cybersecurity highly preferred Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to develop and execute internal strategic communications plans. Experience working with a variety of content formats, such as landing pages, email campaigns, infographics, Yammer and video scripts. Ability to easily communicate complex ideas across the business. Highly inquisitive and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, time-management, and documentation skills. Skilled in influencing and facilitating collaboration and alignment between customers, including senior leaders. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools; related certification or designation desired Ability to quickly adapt to team processes, new technologies and shifting strategic company priorities. Proficient with the core MS Office suite Experience with M&As, translations and working on a global team a plus.
