Tasks

As an Order to Cash Supervisor you will be responsible for:

Ensuring that the teams KPIs/metrics are met

Supervising and managing the OTC team including participating in the recruitment process conducting performance appraisals boosting their performance and resolving complaints

Overseeing the regions entire OTC process including customer master maintenance credit administration billing cycle collection activities cash application processes and AR related management reporting

Gather relevant information about all the OTC processes for reporting to the stakeholders

Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and business process solutions

Requirements

Youre the person were looking for if:

You have at least 56 years of experience in Order to Cash Billing AR or Collections and 3 years as a Team leader/Supervisor

You speak a native or nearnative level of French

You have an advanced command of Excel and other Microsoft tools. Any other OTC related software is a plus.

You have an University degree

You have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Youre flexible organized proactive and highly resilient

Youre a strong team player and strive to improve processes (continuous improvement)
