Be part of our client s team as an Order Management Specialist ensuring seamless order dispatch with a focus on critical medium and low severity categories. Conduct outbound calls maintain accurate order information and provide timely updates.

• Minimum 3 years call center experience; Medical background is a PLUS.
  
• Familiarity with insurance medical equipment Medicare and Medicaid is also a PLUS.
  
• Willing to work night shifts and holidays.
  
• Excellent attendance record.

• Excellent verbal and oral English skills.

• Analyze orders from the PARACHUTE portal for dispatch.
  
• Classify order severities (Critical Medium Low) and prioritize accordingly.
  
• Conduct 4050% outbound calls to patients and health facilities for delivery updates.
  
• Ensure accurate information for outgoing orders (address item delivery date).
