As an Order Management Scheduler you will play a crucial role in meticulously analyzing orders slated for dispatch with a primary focus on those originating from our client s PARACHUTE portal.

• Minimum of 3 years of call center experience.
  
• Medical background is a PLUS.
  
• Familiarity with insurance medical equipment Medicare and Medicaid is also a PLUS.
  
• Willingness to work night shifts and holidays.
  
• No attendance issues or minimal attendance infractions from the previous company.

• Excellent verbal and oral English skills.
  
• Analytical thinking making decisions based on gathered facts.
  
• Ability to probe actively listen and exhibit problemsolving skills.
  
• Can work with a set goal and deadline with ease.
  
• Meticulous and detailoriented.
  
• Flexible and willing to be trained (crossskilled).
  

• Carefully analyze orders that need to be dispatched primarily sourced from our PARACHUTE portal.
  
• Classify orders into CRITICAL MEDIUM AND LOW categories addressing them urgently based on severity.
  
• Engage in 40 to 50% outbound calls to patients providing updates on upcoming deliveries and communicating with health facilities.
  
• Ensure accurate information in outgoing orders before dispatch including correct address item date of delivery etc.
  
• Demonstrate a strong command of the English language both orally and verbally.
