Order Management

Responsibilities:

• Excellent employment opportunity for an Order Management in the Ridgefield CT area.
• Working independently manage the receipt processing special handling of customer orders as well as new product launches and promotions in an efficient expeditious and qualityoriented manner.
• Ensuring the correct and timely delivery of product sales and management of customer contacts to resolve issues and provide value added service for both external and internal customers.
• Sales Order and Service Management.
• Ensure proper receipt validation and entry of customer orders received by EDI fax mail or phone.
• Respond to incoming calls emails and other inquiries to work with customers to resolve issues answer product pricing shipping questions backorders marketing promotions or other order/shipment related issues.
  

Experience:

• Minimum Degree Required: Associates Degree (Community College MBO)
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a close team environment.
• Must be able to work within a number of software applications including Microsoft.
• Key dimensions include initiative resilience prioritization and organization time management ability to multitask and develop solutions.
• Pharma knowledge a plus.
