Job Requirement:
- Have prerequisite experience in order management in large setup retail FMCG E Commerce
- Knowledge of Excel is must and proficient on high pressure business commitment
- Understanding different system of order management like ZOHO WMS ERP SAP NetSuite etc will be good
- Multi lingual and manual intervention on accuracy will be added advantage
- Generate orders and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment Operational metric like fill rate back logs etc
- List new SKUs in our system maintaining accurate product information and specifications.
- Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional departments including inbound outbound and logistics teams to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence.
- Liaise with courier partners to ensure timely and efficient order deliveries track shipments and resolve any deliveryrelated issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment processing.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on operational performance highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
