- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience working with Oracle XStore POS system in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of Oracle XStore POS configurations customization and integration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Experience in system upgrades patch management and version control.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of retail industry best practices and trends.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
