Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement Oracle Xstore and related retail applications.
• Customize and configure Oracle Xstore solutions based on business requirements.
• Integrate Oracle Xstore with existing retail systems and thirdparty applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Xstore solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand and address business needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Xstore applications.
• Participate in system testing and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in retail and POS systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and practices.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior developers and technical staff.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Identify and address technical debt and system performance issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for enhancements or new features.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Participate in regular status meetings and provide progress reports on assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in designing and developing Oracle Xstore solutions.
• Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of retail industry processes and best practices.
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for database development and management.
• Strong understanding of XML HTML and JavaScript for webbased integrations.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills for troubleshooting applications.
• Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a teambased collaborative environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and endusers.
• Certification in Oracle Xstore or related technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of POS hardware and peripherals is desirable.
• Experience in performance optimization and system scalability in retail environments.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• 34 years of experience in Oracle Xstore Java and SQL
• Handson implementation experience in Oracle Xstore POS
• Extensive knowledge of retail POS processes
• Attending documenting and report status during standup calls and escalating risks.
• Participate in user story estimation and sprint planning.
• Support testing/QA involve in triage meetings and defect fixes.
• Excellent communication skills.
