Role : Oracle Taleo Analyst
Location : Minneapolis Minnesota
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage our ATS (Taleo) by maintaining updates to system data fields to ensure data integrity
Provide support for system issues and glitches by troubleshooting with users and working with vendors and business partners on resolution
Manage the ticketing system used to track all questions and system feedback assign more complex issues to appropriate subject matter experts
Reconcile daily error reports from system integrations between our ATS (Taleo) and other recruiting technologies
Participate in system upgrades testing and track future product enhancements
Act as a subject matter expert on technology projects in Talent Acquisition

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience
2 years of experience working with Taleo
Experience demonstrating attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience working independently in a fastpaced environment
Experience demonstrating communication skills and ability to be consultative to our internal customers

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Taleo Configuration area
Experience working with integrating files between ATS and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Experience with Taleo Connect Client (TCC)
Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI)
