Job Description:

Position: Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer

Location: Remote

Experience: 10 years

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and customize Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions to meet business requirements.
2. Design and implement identity and access management solutions within complex enterprise environments.
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate OIM solutions with other applications and systems.
4. Develop custom connectors workflows and adapters as per project requirements.
5. Perform troubleshooting debugging and performance tuning of OIM components.
6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in identity and access management.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
2. 10 years of experience in Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
3. Strong proficiency in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) development and customization.
4. Extensive experience with Java programming language.
5. Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts and principles.
6. Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware components (e.g. Oracle WebLogic Server).
7. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) experience is a plus.
2. Experience with other IAM products such as SailPoint IdentityIQ Okta or Microsoft Identity Manager.
3. Certification in Oracle Identity and Access Management or related technologies.
