Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8 Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Minimum 8 years of handson experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US)
Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements Balances Payroll Relationship Calculation cards costing US Taxation Reporting etc.
Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules Fusion Reporting tools like BIP OTBI.
Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL)
HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.
Experience of working on large scale complex transformation projects.
Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files.
Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.
Basic understanding of Core HCM Person Management Assignment Talent Profiles Workforce structures Compensation etc.
Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout
Oracle Integration Cloud experience is a PLUS

Roles & Responsibilities
Contributes and provides input to the development/ implementation projects.
Work with BSAs in requirements gathering configuration & development review testing and implementation of system and process enhancements or projects including the preparation and review of associated documentation.
Lead drive and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information. Work direction is only provided for new areas of work or unique assignments.
Generic Managerial Skills
Knowledgeable of Agile Concepts and Toolsets (Sprint Planning User Stories and/or Jira etc.)
Strong understanding of company and Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery
Ability to effectively interface with all departments within an organization and IT
