Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant / HCM SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Job Overview:
As an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) you will be a key contributor to the successful deployment and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for our clients. Your role involves leveraging technical expertise to customize and integrate Oracle Fusion HCM modules ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HCM requirements and design customized solutions within the Oracle Fusion framework.
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies for data migration integration and system configuration.
  1. Technical Customization:
  • Utilize Oracle Fusion HCM tools and technologies to create custom solutions tailored to the clients unique business processes.
  • Implement extensions workflows and reports to enhance the functionality of Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  1. CrossFunctional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with functional consultants business analysts and endusers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide guidance to junior team members.
  1. Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  1. Documentation and Training:
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for customizations integrations and configurations.
  • Conduct training sessions for endusers and other team members as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with a focus on HCM.
  • Indepth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR Talent Management Compensation and Benefits.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware Oracle ADF BI Publisher data loading fbdihdl and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
