Job Skills and Responsibilities
- Oracle Cloud Project Management and Manage Services
- Provide resolution and troubleshooting incidents in Oracle ERP (Finance) within agreed SLA
- Responsible for gathering requirements from business stakeholders for incidents raised
- Documentation of issues and resolution
- Help in Build Modify and test Oracle ERP PaaS components
- Training on the issues resolved
- Should possess strong technical skill on Oracle Finance
- Application maintenance
- Raise SR with Oracle and follow up for resolution for product bugs
- Identify opportunities for automation as required
