Our Direct Client is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Oracle EAM Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation configuration and maintenance of the Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the effective management of our organizations assets throughout their lifecycle optimizing maintenance processes and maximizing asset reliability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle EAM system ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system customization and development.
- Configure asset hierarchies asset classes maintenance schedules and other system parameters to support efficient asset management practices.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs including defining maintenance tasks schedules and resource requirements.
- Establish and maintain asset records including equipment specifications maintenance history and warranty information ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Design and implement workflows approval processes and reporting structures to streamline asset management processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to endusers to ensure effective utilization of the Oracle EAM system including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the Oracle EAM system with other enterprise systems such as ERP and CMMS to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Monitor system performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization including asset reliability availability and maintainability (RAM) analysis.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and new developments in asset management technology recommending enhancements and upgrades to the Oracle EAM system as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle EAM or similar asset management systems.
- Strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices including preventive maintenance reliabilitycentered maintenance (RCM) and asset lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Oracle EAM or similar enterprise asset management software including configuration customization and integration capabilities.
- Experience in defining asset hierarchies asset classes maintenance strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support asset management objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in training endusers and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Oracle certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
