Job Summary.

• Seeking a highly skilled and experienced EBS TechnoFunctional Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) modules with expertise in Order Management (OM) Service Contracts (SMC) Inventory (INV) Work in Process (WIP) Bills of Materials (BOM) and related areas. This role involves providing technical and functional support for these modules resolving issues implementing enhancements and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize EBS functionality to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and functional support related to Oracle EBS modules including OM SMC INV WIP BOM and Service Contracts.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by endusers diagnose root causes and implement timely and effective resolutions to minimize system downtime and maintain business continuity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements assess impacts and propose solutions for system enhancements customizations or new implementations.
• Configure customize and maintain Oracle EBS setups profiles and configurations to support business processes and requirements.
• Participate in system testing validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) for EBS module enhancements patches upgrades or migrations.
• Develop and maintain documentation training materials and user guides for EBS modules ensuring that endusers have access to accurate and uptodate resources.
• Provide training guidance and support to endusers on EBS functionality best practices and troubleshooting techniques to promote user adoption and proficiency.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT business analysts developers and project managers to coordinate and execute EBSrelated initiatives.
• Stay informed about Oracle EBS updates patches new releases and industry trends and assess their potential impact on existing systems and processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements automation and optimization within EBS modules and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
• Extensive experience working with Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) modules with a focus on Order Management (OM) Service Contracts (SMC) Inventory (INV) Work in Process (WIP) Bills of Materials (BOM) and related areas.
• Strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS configurations setups and customizations with handson experience in SQL PL/SQL Oracle Forms Reports and Workflow.
• Proven track record of providing technical and functional support for EBS modules including issue resolution troubleshooting and system enhancements.
• Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Oracle EBS certifications and relevant professional certifications are preferred.
• Experience with software development methodologies ITIL practices and project management principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
