Job Description :
Provide resolution and troubleshooting incidents in Oracle EBS (Finance/SCM) within agreed SLA
PL/SQL Development and support
Responsible for gathering requirements from business stakeholders for incidents raised
Documentation of issues and resolution
Build Modify and test Oracle EBS custom components
Training on the issues resolved
Should possess strong technical skill on Oracle Finance
Application maintenance and bug fixes
Raise SR with Oracle and follow up for resolution for product bugs
Identify opportunities for automation as required
