Title: Oracle Developer
Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US)
Location: Tallahassee FL (hybrid)
Seniority on the skill/s required on this requirement: Mid.
Earliest Start Date: ASAP
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension (s)
Musthave skills: 2 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL; current and extensive experience with oracle forms (10g11h12c) and reports; transact SQL
Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions;
Comply with OATS Administrative Policies and Procedures by working directly with the Departments Contract Manager throughout the PO term;
Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation that indicates the project complies with OATS policies and procedures;
Address Project Team conflict and communication problems proactively;
Review required documentation evidencing the deliverable for completeness and correctness before submitting to the Project Team and Stakeholders

Requirements:
5 years of experience in Programming/systems analysis
Experience in ORACLE databases and ORACLE forms and reports;
Experience writing complex queries and develop complex PL/SQL database objects and or ability to write complex queries utilizing transact SQL
Experience in relational database design data processing and data communications
Experience in writing reading and interpreting technical specifications test cases and software requirements
Government experience;
A minimum of a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or another related field or equivalent work experience
Experience in ORACLE databases and ORACLE forms and reports;
Experience writing complex queries and develop complex PL/SQL database objects and or ability to write complex queries utilizing transact SQL
Experience in relational database design data processing and data communications

Government experience;
