Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Oracle Consultant to join their team!
Financial/AP Expertise:
- Understands Financial/AP priorities and critical success factors.
- High level knowledge of AP functions
- Understands processes and connection points with other stakeholders (critical)
- The ability to know what the "right" questions are (critical)
Technical Skills:
- Comfortable working with Google Workplace Suite
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint (critical)
- Manage one or more Financial/AP projects at a time through to agreedupon completion (critical)
- Attend and/or host meetings as needed ensuring appropriate meeting attendees (critical)
- Ensure all stakeholders in each project are always aligned on RAID items project status deliverables (critical)
- Create and provide weekly project status reports (critical)
- Point of contact and Accountability for full project(s) success (critical)
- Escalate issues and risks appropriate to the criticality and to the right audience (critical)
- Ensure communication to appropriate stakeholders timely and in a consistent manner (critical)
- Create supporting templates as needed.
- Preferred ability to assist in Payroll implementation.
- Other duties as requested.
- 57 years of successful management of highly complex ERP (Financial/AP) projects with overlapping timelines & competing resources.
- Successful Project Manager in a Financial/AP ERP Implementation preferably a large implementation.
- Familiarity with Infor Financials/AP preferred PR knowledge.
