Our Direct client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organizations Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants module. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation configuration and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants system. Your primary objective will be to streamline processes enhance efficiency and maximize the utilization of resources within project and grant management.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants module to meet the organizations requirements and objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system customization and development.
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets within the Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants system.
- Design and implement workflows approval processes and reporting structures to optimize project and grant management processes.
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Perform regular system maintenance including updates patches and upgrades to ensure system reliability and security.
- Monitor system performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and new developments in Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants functionality recommending enhancements and upgrades as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants providing guidance and expertise to internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants module.
- Strong understanding of project and grant management processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Applications specifically Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants module.
- Experience in system configuration customization and integration with other modules and thirdparty applications.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in training endusers and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Oracle certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
