Oracle Cloud PM

Required Skills and Experience

PM experience implementing (lead) HCM. Full project Lifecycle.

Knowledge of tools to assist with scrum team planning (e.g. Jira Rally/Central Agile Version1 etc.) and PM tools (e.g. MS Project)

PM Certification PMI or other credited organization.

Oracle Certified EMPM

PMP Certification

Fin Tech experience with simultaneous (big bang approach) implementing Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM

Experience implementing Oracle Cloud PPM EPM Procurement Talent Management Time and Labor Payroll Recruitment Learning

Job Description

Oracle HCM Project Manager. This Oracle HCM PM will be working directly with the Human Resources dept. The Oracle ERP Project Manager will work with product owners and the project delivery teams to document small to medium implementation projects from inception to completion. Ensures that delivery team resources are fully utilized by clearing obstacles and planning projects efficiently and effectively. Provides project status reports and identifies and escalates issues to project stakeholders and IT leadership. Communicates proactively and frequently to leaderships to ensure on time project completion.
