Role and Responsibilities:
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional you will be responsible for designing and executing various HR initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Driving the performance management and talent management & succession planning framework.
  • Developing and implementing talent management frameworks career path management and differential reward schemes for critical talents.
  • Facilitating leadership development initiatives such as 360degree feedback surveys mentorship schemes and performance coaching for leaders.
  • Creating a performanceoriented culture through monitoring ongoing performance data conducting performance discussions and implementing online performance management systems.
  • Supporting the existing team in implementing compensation strategies conducting compensation surveys and revamping compensation structures.

Candidate Qualifications:
To succeed in this role you should have:
  • A minimum of 810 years experience in a corporate HR role preferably in a reputed organization.
  • Nonsales HR experience is preferred.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage internal stakeholders and understand organizational culture.
