Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Architect to join our team in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and a strong background in ERP systems along with indepth knowledge of local German tax and accounting regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design process for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Workshop Management: Confidently manage workshops and lead local German CFOs and teams through the design process gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Solution Development: Design and develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization leveraging Oracle Cloud Financials modules and functionalities effectively.
• Integration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud Financials with other systems and applications.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local German tax and accounting regulations incorporating legal requirements into the design and implementation of financial systems.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including design specifications process flows and configuration guides to support implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers including local German CFOs and teams to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Cloud Financials systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Computer Science or related field.
• 10 years of experience in ERP systems with a focus on Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Proven experience managing workshops and leading design sessions.
• Native German speaker with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
