About the position:

We are seeking an optometrist to treat our elderly patients in nursing homes located in the Suffolk County area. If you re looking for flexibility competitive salary then look no further!

Schedule:

• Parttime
  
• 2 days per week preferable (potential to increase to more days)
  

Responsibilities:

Full scope of examining the eyes.

Requirements:

• Valid O.D license in the state of NY
  
• Board Certified
  
• Experience with optometry (though new grads welcome!)
  
• Ok to work in a nursing home setting
  
• Ok with mobile setting
  
• Own means of transportation
